What am I purchasing?

Finished-shirt listings include one professionally printed garment. Transfer-only listings are clearly labeled and do not include a shirt.

Which shirt do you use?

Standard custom orders use the Bella+Canvas 3001 Unisex Jersey Short Sleeve Tee in Black or White. Available adult sizes are S–5XL, with no size upcharge.

How do I place a single custom-shirt order?

Select your print style, color, and size on the Custom DTF Shirt – Bella+Canvas 3001 page. Upload your PNG, JPG, JPEG, or PDF artwork using the “Upload Your Image Here” field before adding the shirt to your cart. If your artwork is not finished or the upload does not work, email your artwork, placement notes, and deadline to ac.noble.t@icloud.com or text 224-572-3151.

Do I approve the artwork?

Yes. Custom orders require artwork approval before production begins. Check all spelling, dates, colors, and placement carefully before approving.

What is the turnaround time?

Standard production is 5–7 business days after payment and artwork approval. Large group orders and unusually detailed projects may require additional time.

Do you offer Jacksonville pickup?

Yes. Jacksonville pickup is available by appointment. The pickup location and time are confirmed after the order is ready. Noble-T does not operate a walk-in storefront.

Do you ship?

Yes. U.S. shipping is available. Shipping time is separate from the 5–7 business-day production period.

Do you offer fundraisers and group orders?

Yes. Schools, teams, families, units, businesses, reunions, and community groups can request coordinated pricing and artwork support. Request a group or fundraiser quote here.

Are custom items refundable?

Personalized and custom items cannot be returned or refunded after artwork approval unless Noble-T made an error or the item arrives defective. Contact Noble-T promptly with your order number and clear photos if there is a problem.

How should I care for my shirt?

Wash inside out in cold water with like colors. Use mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the printed design.
