These Terms of Service govern your use of the Noble-T website and your purchase of products or services from Noble-T. By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting artwork, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Throughout these Terms, “Noble-T,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Noble-T. “You” and “customer” refer to the person using the website or purchasing products or services.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you represent that you are legally permitted to make purchases or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws while using our website.

You may not attempt to interfere with, damage, access without authorization, or misuse any portion of the website.

2. Products and Services

Noble-T offers products and services that may include:

  • Custom printed apparel

  • Ready-made apparel and designs

  • Direct-to-film (DTF) transfers

  • Personalized products

  • Custom design and printing services

  • Fundraising and group-order apparel

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse any product or service at any time.

3. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with a custom order, including:

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Spelling

  • Sizes

  • Colors

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Placement

  • Artwork

  • Design instructions

Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Custom and personalized products are generally final sale except when Noble-T makes a production error or the item arrives damaged or defective.

4. Artwork and Customer-Submitted Content

By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, designs, text, or other content to Noble-T, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use and reproduce it.

You authorize Noble-T to reproduce the submitted material solely as necessary to complete your order.

You agree not to submit content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights.

Noble-T reserves the right to refuse any order containing material we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Design Colors and Product Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to display colors, designs, and products accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on:

  • Screen settings

  • Garment color

  • Fabric composition

  • Printing method

  • Lighting

  • Manufacturing variations

Minor differences between digital mockups and completed products are not necessarily considered defects.

6. Garment Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct garment size before ordering.

Sizing may vary by brand, garment style, and manufacturer. Customers should review available size charts before completing a purchase.

Noble-T is not responsible for an incorrect size selected by the customer.

7. DTF Transfers

Customers purchasing DTF transfers are responsible for proper application.

Results may vary depending on garment material, heat press equipment, temperature, pressure, pressing time, preparation, storage, and application method.

Noble-T is not responsible for transfers damaged through improper application, storage, equipment settings, or handling after delivery.

8. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, discounts, promotions, or other inaccuracies.

If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer regarding available options before fulfilling the order.

9. Payment

Payment is required according to the terms displayed during checkout.

Orders may not enter production until required payment has been received.

You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when payment cannot be verified or where fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

10. Production and Turnaround Times

Any turnaround time displayed on our website is an estimate unless otherwise expressly stated.

Production time may be affected by:

  • Order volume

  • Product availability

  • Customization requirements

  • Artwork issues

  • Vendor delays

  • Equipment interruptions

  • Holidays

  • Shipping carrier delays

Production time and shipping time are separate.

11. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Noble-T is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery estimates are controlled by that carrier.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address.

12. Local Pickup

When local pickup is offered, customers must follow the pickup instructions provided by Noble-T.

Pickup availability does not guarantee same-day production or immediate order completion.

Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before attempting pickup.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom and personalized items may not be eligible for return or refund except in cases involving qualifying damage, defects, or errors caused by Noble-T.

Orders cannot normally be canceled after production begins.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, and special pricing may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discounts cannot be combined

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively

  • Promotions have no cash value

  • Promotional terms may be changed or discontinued at any time

15. Fundraising and Group Orders

Fundraising, organization, school, team, military, business, or group orders may be subject to additional order requirements, deadlines, minimum quantities, design approvals, or payment terms.

Any special terms agreed to for a group order will apply in addition to these Terms of Service.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Noble-T branding, original artwork, website content, graphics, logos, product photography, text, and original designs remain the property of Noble-T or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Noble-T intellectual property or grant the right to reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially use an original Noble-T design unless written permission is provided.

17. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party providers for services such as:

  • Website hosting

  • Payment processing

  • Shipping

  • Analytics

  • Applications

  • Social media

  • Marketing

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.

Noble-T is not responsible for services, websites, or content controlled by third parties.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Noble-T's liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
