These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of the Noble-T, LLC website. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the site.

Products, Pricing, and Orders

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, colors, sizes, prices, and availability accurately. Screen colors and finished print colors may vary slightly. Prices and availability may change without notice. We may decline or cancel an order because of pricing errors, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, prohibited content, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Custom Artwork and Customer Materials

By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, names, text, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use and reproduce them. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted content. Noble-T may refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.

Artwork Proofs

Custom production begins after payment and artwork approval. Approval confirms spelling, dates, colors, design elements, and placement. Changes requested after approval may require an additional fee and may delay production. Noble-T will correct an item when the finished product does not reasonably match the approved proof because of our error.

Turnaround, Shipping, and Pickup

Standard production is normally 5–7 business days after payment and, for custom work, artwork approval. Turnaround estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Jacksonville pickup is by appointment, and U.S. shipping is available. Additional details are provided in the Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Custom and personalized items are final sale after artwork approval or production begins, except when Noble-T made an error or the item arrives defective.

Website Content

The Noble-T name, logo, original designs, photographs, graphics, and website content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission, except for customer-provided materials owned by their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Noble-T is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use, carrier delays, or misuse of products. Any liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected item, except where the law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the website. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order.
